You’ve seen Jimmy and Lydia’s faces at their engagement shoot in Lake Arrowhead and then again at their Los Angeles wedding and have probably fallen for them just like we have. We don’t blame you. They’re worth it.

On a normal day in BEND, OREGON you might find the typical recreational gang of Kayakers, a fly fisherman guide showing you how to catch something……anything, or if you go downtown you might see a pair of swans from Queen Elizabeth’s royal swannery in England making home in Drake Park’s Mirror Pond, and if you’re really lucky…maybe even two lovers planning out there wedding in California, but not on 3-26-2010. The two said lovers were in Joshua Tree getting married and meeting their photographers for the first time.
I don’t think the desert was ready for this much rad. Although it is used to the Sacred Sands Bed and Breakfast which completely blew our minds. Quiet, cold-ish and breezy, Joshua Tree was magnificent. I don’t know, It may have been the Yucca Brevifolia that made this place so amazing,…or maybe it was the Cylindropuntia bigelovii. One thing I know for sure is that the desert was blessed that day to have been the backdrop for Toddiciliacus and Stephulodilliascii.

You remember Trav & Kaitlin from just a couple of months ago when they got married. We decided to do a ‘day after’ (well, actually a month or so after) session since we lost daylight at their wedding for their portrait session. We shot these jewels at an old Cask n Cleaver in Fallbrook. I’m still stumped as to why a restaraunt would have a swimming pool in the back??? Anyway, we love these two and had a blast getting together with them again. Always a good time full of dancing and laughing.
Some may say that I chose an overkill of sunglare pictures but I beg to differ on this one. It was the overall style that we were going for in these and I love every single one of them. Rock it I always say,,,, ROCK IT!!
